## 2. **Refund Policy**
* We do **not offer any refunds**, whether partial or full, for services once the project has been initiated, a work order has been accepted, or a payment has been made.
* This includes all services: mobile app/web/software development, SEO/SMO/PPC campaigns, branding, UI/UX design, algorithmic trading software, and copy trading tools.
* No refunds shall be given for delays caused by client-side issues, including unavailability, change of scope, or communication gaps.

## 3. **Advance Payments**
* Any **advance payment** or upfront project fee paid to initiate work is non-refundable under any circumstances.
* This includes project consultation charges, design initiation, or setup fees.

## 4. **Digital Marketing Services**
* SEO, PPC, and social media management services involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Payments for such services are non-refundable, including unused ad budgets once campaigns are activated.
* We do not guarantee leads, traffic, or revenue increases, and hence, refunds based on performance dissatisfaction are not entertained.

## 5. **Financial Products (Algo & Copy Trading Software)**
* Our financial tools are built for enabling automation in trading but do not provide any guarantee of profits or returns.
* By using our trading-related products, the client acknowledges the risks involved in financial markets and waives any claim for refund related to market loss or software performance.

* A client may request to cancel a project only before the project has been initiated (within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started).
* Once any work is commenced or resources have been allocated, **no cancellation or refund request will be entertained**.
* For subscription-based services (if applicable), cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle only.

## 7. **Chargeback Abuse**
* If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company, payment gateway, or bank, your services will be suspended immediately, and you may be liable for legal action for fraud or contract breach under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Penal Code, 1860.
